Hello! I have bought an italien RD (2UA) in german ebay, but i have no papers (Libretto) of this RD. Now i have to know on wich day the RD was taken first in use. Does anyone has a tip for me how to get this information?
I only have a paper of the ACI in wich is written: Certificato di proprieta -Dati del Velcolo (Data of RD) -Dati del Intestazione (The Nam of the former owner) -Gravami ipoteche annotazioni this is written under this point: annotata cessazione della circolazione per esportatione il30/07/2004. Certificazione sostitutiva del certificato di proprietà Art.8 D.M. 514/92. Prima presentazione del 30/07/2004 Non utilizzabile come nota di richiesta
Can someone translate this to me? Thanks a lot! It is a little urgent, because i want to spent a holiday in the italien Alpen in 6 weeks with my RD.
Best regards Happy-Max

Hi, I guess that what you need is a copy of the italian title "libretto di circolazione" that will tell you the first date of licencing for the road. I guess that since you have the owner certificate, it would be possible to request a copy of the "libretto". If you just need a date, than it could be possible to ask for the chronologie of the bike. Can you send me some scanned copies of what you have? Maybe, it would be easier to just get another frame with italian license and plates.
By the way: could you please copy the whole message to the first section of the forum the "two stroke pub"=il bar del due tempi?...this section is for links and reccomanded dealers or speciality shops...Thanks.
Se qualcuno ha delle idee su come richiedere al ACI o PRA la cronologia della moto o la copia del libretto le posti pure qui in italiano che glielo traduco in inglese... |

Thanks a lot! I have moved the topic! I will scan the paper tomorrow and post the url in the forum. Okay? I only have the ACI paper. I will need the date of the first use, certified by an italian office for the german TÜV (technical engineers). Best regards, Happy-Max |

Ciao. TIco

Tu hai risposto in americano
Scherzi a parte da quel che avevo sentito sembrava una bazzeccola reimmatricolare le moto in Germania, anche senza documenti con solo un atto di vendita in carta semplice. Sarà arrivata anche lì la burocrazia |

@ Tico:
your questiuon (it was the only translation google made quite well): However it would interest to know to me com' is the procedure of reimmatricolazione in Germany.
I have to fill out a form with all the technical data and send it to the KBA (Kraftfahrtbundesamt) to have checked if the RD is stolen. Then I´ll drive to the TÜV (Technical engineers) they check the RD if it is technical o.k. and then give me paper for the STVA (Strassenverkehrsamt). They will give me the german papers and the german sign.
Greetings from germany,

@ Tico:
I have all the papers and ordered some extra stuff like tires, Wilbers Suspension and chain. In two weeks the italien RD is ready to rock´n´roll ! And then I´m going to show her italy again! Even though no one in this forum helped me, I wish you all the best and allways a piece of street under your tires! Cu, Happy-Max E-Mail: happymax@gmx.net |
