cases are matched to the cilinders
squish at 1mm
uncorrected compression ratio at 12,5:1
rgv carbs
PS-tuning pipes, made here in holland by Pieter Schmidt
zeeltronic ignition with standard curve
carbon fibre reeds
66.50 oversize pistons, 375cc and some port tuning, but not heavy tuning at all.

i see that you use a oversized bore...........
what do you think about stroker crank (+4mm) to obtain the same
displacement increase ?

i just have the standard stroke crank
the oversize piston was only done because the cilinders where damaged.

Hi Anand, nice to read you again
Great job, very great job, and not only for the power of the engine, but also for the wonderful general look of the bike.
I like it very much, despite it has not been painted yet!

Furthermore, it's impressive to me the linearity of the response of the engine, the shape is incredibly flat, it seems to be a 4 stroke range!

Please, don't forget to show the bike when painted!!

An additional - formal note:
in this forum the right place (or the right section) where this topic must be published is "modifiche e special" (it means "the special or modified bike", more or less).
Now you have posted it under "manutenzione e riparazione", that is dedicated to maintenance/assistance of original/stock bike.

No problem for that, within 24 hours your topic will be moved into the right section. Ok?

Anand, a question:
some people that made some kind of modification like yours have experienced an increasing (a sensible increasing) of the engine's temperature, that required a bigger cooling system.
What about your bike?

the mito radiator is 2 times bigger then the rd350 radiator.
i have problems getting it on the right temperature, it stays to cold.
50 degrees.

no preblem, you can put it now in "modifiche e special"

Well, you have the same problem of mine.
The temperature of my TZRD's engine (equipped with TZR radiator) hardly goes at the right value.
I didn't make serious measure so far, but the original analogic indicator (RD stock) always remains at the beginning of the scale.

And what about the fairing?
The back side, in particular....

I was giving a look at the tires, they appears to be used until the border.
Do you ride on circuit?

Since you have completed your bike, have you ever tested its maximum speed?
And from a legal point of view, in your Country are you allowed to use such kind of modified bike on common roads?

it first was a mito 350 roadbike, wich i some times used on the track.
now i made changes so it is for track use, but it still has papers to drive on the road.
on the dyno it made 230 real kilometers, i think on the clock in the bike you see 250km.
here in Holland there is no(not yet)law against putting a different engine in a bike.
i just have to send the papers of the bike to some office and they send me new papers with all the information of the new engine of the bike... :)
